Introducing MicrObey Devotions

Coming in the next day or so in an update: MicrObey Devotions

So what the hell is a devotion? Devotions are training enhancements in MicrObey that asks a subject (nicely!) to repeat a training devotion either in private or in public chat every so often. The subject is then given a few seconds to enter that devotion. If they fail to do so, they'll be placed in training. It's a good thing to remind the subject of their training, especially when they're repeating it themselves.

So turning this on? Go to the subject's training page:

Over on the left you'll see the devotions link. Let's go there:

There's the checkbox for Devotions Enabled ... If it's enabled, then we're a go. Otherwise, there are no devotions. I hope that's pretty simple.

A mode of Public means that the subject must repeat their devotion in public chat. If Private, then they'll be given a text box to enter their devotion. Sometimes it's fun to let the world (or at least people in range) know what the subject is thinking.

The time between devotions is straight up how much time between making the subject enter a devotion. It'll even tell them what to do.

Answer time is the number of seconds a subject has to repeat their devotion before they are placed into training.

You can select one or more devotions to choose from. The system will pick from one of them randomly. Helps to mix things up.

There's, of course, the names and titles and genders and such. Enjoy!

Now on the Inductions, Trainings, Awakenings, Spirals. When the subject fails to meet devotion expectations, the system is going to select a random induction, awakening, training, and spiral for the resulting training session. This is useful for mixing up the trainings for the subject. For the themes, it will use all of the themes that you selected in the session.

This is my way of saying I'm back from vacation, and I have some ideas. This will all be refined moving forward.
